Jolee is doing flips!

Yahoo, Ashlee had her doctor appointment this morning and Jolee has flipped from her breech position of a couple of weeks ago to the correct position. Ashlee was upset when she went to get her 4-D ultrasound because Jolee was breech and facing backwards, so they were unable to get any pictures of her. She is now in the "birth" position so everything is good to go.

Hard to believe in a few short weeks, I'll be a grandma!!!

Nesting

I haven't been on here in a while because I have been busy working on my house. I painted the hallway (twice - didn't like the first color!!) and my bathroom. This weekend I am going to paint the living room. Joseph has been busy cleaning out his shop (no small task). Alyssa has decided that we are doing the "nesting" instead of she and Ashlee. Could be true, it seems like everything we say is "gotta do this before the babies get here.." I have a couple of things left to finish in my "baby" room and then I will post pictures. Not your traditional baby room - it's done in red and leopard print - kinda wild like me!!!

I can't believe they only have 6 weeks to go!!! They are not enjoying the heat at the moment and Ashlee is having trouble sleeping but other than that everything is good. They are having a "family" shower next Sunday so that should be fun.

Ashlee's shower

Here are some pics from Ashlee's shower yesterday. Jolee is definitely going to be the best dressed baby in Burleson County!!! She got some precious stuff and knowing Mommy, she will be changing Jolee's clothes on a regular basis...................

The Hostesses

Alyssa's shower

Here are some pics from Alyssa's shower with her speech group. It was really cute, all done in a red wagon theme. She also had a shower at one the schools she is at and a couple's shower at their house. That was fun and the guys played a game where the they had to dress a baby doll in a diaper, onsie, socks, shoes, mittens, bib, cap and then a swaddling blanket and they were timed. Mark won so that may be a good sign...........

Aiden's 4D ultrasound

Here are some 4D images of Aiden. He is mostly covered in placenta but we think he has Mark's nose and lips!!!
